Immaculately clean, lovely welcoming staff. We had an issue in the restaurant on our first evening. We made a complaint and it was dealt with. The manager and staff acknowledged our issue. We were more than happy with their professional and genuine apology. The hotel is really lovely, room was great with everything you need and good size. Its a calm and peaceful place to return to after a hot busy day. Lovely pool area. If you want to stay in bukit bintang its a great option. Walking distance to the ticket office for open top bus and rapid monorail. Also many shopping malls restaurants and the famous jalan alor street food. We have been traveling around Indonesia Asia and malaysia for last month and stayed in much more expensive well known hotels and Royal Signature can hold its head high as it is up there with its standards. The room is normally clean. The hotel is close to retail centres. The kettle jug given could have been improved. Only valet parking is provided. The buffet lunches offered are acceptable. The air conditioning works properly. Water closets are normally clean. General staff are helpful and courteous. All the best mr hafiz and hotel royal !

It was just a one night stay at this hotel. I chose this because it fell under our budget and the location was perfect for my friends who have never been to KL so that they can walk around easily and we planned to eat out at Jalan Alor so this place was ideal since it was just a 10 mins walk. The location was good, so close to everything monorail and train station, shopping malls and etc. The hotel was old but on good condition, clean and all the staff were helpful. We felt safe staying at this hotel. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. The room was spacious. If you were looking for a budget old style hotel ( big room with windows and fair breakfast ) this was the place. I would say it worth the money. I would come back to this hotel if I ever go back to KL and wanted to stay in Bukit Bintang Area.

The hotel is conveniently located in Bukit Bintang being close to the monorail station and opposite the start point for the hop on hop off bus tour. The rooms are okay but the fridge overheated in my room and could not be replaced. I found the reception staff uninterested and were really only involved in managing the large tour groups who use this hotel. The buffet breakfast is under staffed and as a result chaotic. Amidst the staff the only positive were the excellent concierge staff who were the only source of information. The hotel appears to be more interested in large tour groups rather than individual visitors and as a result is best avoided. I will not stay again as there are many better value alternatives in Bukit Bintang.
